North Harbour Allotments is just like any other allotment site, although it is a smaller site its tucked away by the side of the motorway.

There are all ages and types of individuals enjoying the benefits of allotment ownership..

A friendly bunch of people all with the same objective and taking pride in their plots.

The busiest period is of course the spring when everyone is getting ready to grow and plant their favourite crops at the right time.

The summer is used to enjoy the plot and look lovingly as all your hard work comes to fruition (hopefully).

The plots vary from the experienced plot holders who have had plots for in excess of 25 years, to the Newbies learning the ropes and learning from mistakes.
